Hybridoma culture grown in low IgG FBS (3%), Protein G purified. Liquid in 50 mM Na Acetate, pH 6.5, 50 mM NaCl, 4% sucrose, 0.1% Tween20, no preservatives added
Specificity
Human interferon-beta (IFN-beta). Recognizes amino acids 30-47 of IFN-beta. No cross-reactivity with Human IFN-alpha or IFN-gamma.
Storage and Stability
Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to twelve months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
